Returns & Refunds Policy (Supplements)

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, returns are limited for safety reasons.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns ONLY if:

The product is unopened
The seal is intact
The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
Opened or used supplements cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened supplements
Used products
Clearance or promotional items
International orders (unless damaged or incorrect)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos and your order number
We will issue a replacement or refund

4. Return Process

Email support@purepressurestore.com

Receive return approval and instructions
Ship the item back using a tracked service
Once inspected, we process the refund
Returns sent without approval may be refused.

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
International customs fees are non-refundable

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method

7. International Orders

All international sales are final, except for damaged or incorrect items
Customers are responsible for customs clearance and import taxes

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
